Debo serves as the Director of Global Ministry at The Elevation Church overseeing the operations of all Elevation church expressions and ministries. He is also the Resident Pastor of the Lekki campus located at Pistis Conference centre Lekki – epe expressway Lagos. PD as he is often called, is the Principal consultant of N’Able Global solutions Limited a strategy and innovation company. An apt sobriquet will be Clergy, Consultant and Coach.

Debo has successfully executed & project-managed EIA & EMS projects for key players in the oil & gas, aviation as well as in the power sector. These include Brass LNG, Chevron, SHELL, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), National Independent Power Projects and Federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria. He has also worked with several SMEs across different sectors to effectively implement ISO 9001 standard & provide guidance towards certification.

Debo served for a few years as a faculty member of TENARIS Corporate University, where he lectured on a battery of business critical subjects – Negotiation skills, advanced communications, people devpt, leading a performance driven enterprise, strategy & systems, etc. Debo is in increasing demand as a coach to managers & senior executives. He has featured as speaker in a number of world-class conferences & workshops within & outside the continent. Debo is a published author of two Personal development books, “Home-made success” & more recently “#What’s Really Stopping You”.

He is a British Standard Institute Certified Lead Auditor with vast working experience in the areas of Environment, Quality Management Systems, Strategy & innovation. Debo holds a Harvard university certificate in strategy & innovation, Harvard Business School certificate in disruptive strategy He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
