He founded B. Adedipe Associates Limited and has been its Chief Consultant for the past 28 years. He has also served in various capacities in the public sector including service as Senior Special Assistant to the President.

Dr. Biodun Adedipe holds a First-Class degree and a Ph.D. degree in Economics and has over 40 years of post-graduate work experience. He is an accomplished trainer in the Nigerian banking and finance industry, and highly sought-after analyst and commentator on Government budgets and economic policies. Dr. Adedipe who was involved in strengthening the strategy and strategic management process in several Nigerian companies, also consults and facilitates for the Central Bank of Nigeria in major policy issues and new directions.

He has served and still serves in various capacities at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group since 1999. Similarly, he has served and still serves in several capacities at the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Dr. Biodun Adedipe is a member of the Nigeria Economic Society (Life Member), Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), American Economic Association, Institute of Directors, Nigeria and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

He has won several awards including the Henry Fajemirokun Award for Best Graduating Student in Business Economics (1980), Sir Adam Thomson Scholar as Visiting Doctoral Research Student to the University of Sussex, UK (1984) and Kwame Nkrumah Outstanding Merit Award (2007).

Juliet Inyang is a resourceful HR Generalist with over 14 years’ experience in the Human Resources function of moderate to advanced complexity in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Compensation Administration, Compliance Local Content, Sustainability and I &D. Her career experience spans across Consulting, Food and Beverages, and the Oil and Gas Industries.

She is passionate about effecting strategies and initiates targeting complex people and business problems. She is the Country People and Culture Manager for TechnipFMC, covering Nigeria and Ghana. She holds a BSC in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University. Juliet holds other HR certifications and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria (CIPMN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK (CIPD), and Professional in Human Resources, International (PHRi).

Juliet enjoys working in a fast paced and ethical driven environment and has deep passion for the Human Resources profession. Dr Ngozi Onyia is a 1982 medical graduate of the University of Ibadan, a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians in Paediatrics, and a Travel Health Physician. An alumna of the Lagos Business School (EMBA 11), she became a medical entrepreneur after 28 years of medical practice in both the public and private healthcare sectors in Nigeria. Her ten-year stint (2000-2010) as the Company Medical Adviser of Nigerian Breweries, a blue chip, company was her most notable role before the establishment of her own practice in 2010, Paelon Memorial Hospital (PMH). PMH is a boutique, multispecialty hospital that aims to provide health services of the highest quality in one place. It was established with a vision to redefine healthcare in Nigeria.

Ngozi sits on the board of several organizations including Leadway Health Insurance Company Pharmaccess Nig, Society for Quality Health in Nigeria, Medsaf, Children Arise Foundation boys to MEN Foundation and the Nigerian Society of Travel Medicine.

She is a member of several organizations including the Guild of Medical Directors, Paediatric Association of Nigeria (she chairs the audit committee) and the Nigerian Society of Travel Medicine.

She is a mother of two adult children a grandmother and she likes to walk, travel, and listen to music. She is very passionate about her work.

Tayo Odunsi is the Founder of Northcourt real estate – a multi award-winning real estate investment advisory firm in Nigeria and Ghana. He is the Co-founder of Cutstruct Technologies – a Proptech company revolutionizing construction management in developing countries. He is the Chairman of Ventures Park, the leading co-working space in Abuja as well as the Investment Board Chairman of SFS REIT – the first real estate investment trust in Nigeria which is duly regulated by SEC.

He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of professional real estate experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, an MSc. Real estate finance and investment degree from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK, a MBA from the Imperial College London and currently a Doctoral Researcher at the School of Real Estate & Planning, Henley Business School. Some of his previous roles were at FBN Capital, GTHomes and ARM Investment Managers. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Toyin Sanni

In 2017, Toyin Sanni won the All-African Businesswoman of the year, West-Africa and later won the All-African Businesswoman of the year, Africa in the same year. The award was by CNBC Africa’s AABLA awards in conjunction with Forbes Africa

Toyin has served for over four years as Group Chief Executive Officer of United Capital Plc (formerly UBA Capital Plc), a leading African Investment Banking group listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange comprising market leading business divisions in Investment Banking, Trust, Asset Management and Securities Divisions.

Toyin chairs the Financial Literacy Technical Committee (FLTC) of the Nigerian Capital Market. She is also the past President of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM); and Founder/Chairperson of Women in Finance Nigeria (WIFng) – an advocacy and development platform for women in the Nigerian financial sector.

Prior to her time at UBA Trustees, she was Managing Director of Cornerstone Trustees Limited where she established and supervised the Cornerstone group’s trusts, asset management equipment leasing businesses. She also served as Assistant General Manager – Trust Services at First Trustees, a part of the FBN Holdings Group, between 1999 and 2003.

Her other past roles include Chairperson- Annual Capital Market Retreat and Conference (2012-2014), President- Association of Trustees, Chairman- Committee on Custody of Securities and Member, National Bond Steering Committee amongst others. He is also the Resident Pastor of the Lekki campus located at Pistis Conference centre Lekki – epe expressway Lagos. PD as he is often called, is the Principal consultant of N’Able Global solutions Limited a strategy and innovation company. An apt sobriquet will be Clergy, Consultant and Coach.

He is a British Standard Institute Certified Lead Auditor with vast working experience in the areas of Environment, Quality Management Systems, Strategy & innovation. Bisi Adeyemi

Bisi Adeyemi is the Managing Director/CEO of DCSL Corporate Services Ltd. She is a 1986 Law graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. Bisi holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University.

Bisi joined DCSL with a charge to turn-around the fortunes of the Company and create a distinct brand identity from its then parent Firm – Deloitte. DCSL under her leadership has recorded significant success in this regard, with an impressive client portfolio and emergence as a market leader in the corporate services and governance space.

Prior to joining DCSL, Bisi was the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary with a downstream oil and gas company. Before then, she was the General Counsel with a multinational dredging company.
